Busy on weekends, but I got a seat right away, people waiting soon after. Great scrambles. I tried the waffle this time, but it is too soft for my taste. I think it was pure maple syrup as it wasn't a sweet as say Log Cabin. They also have Dutch or German Pancakes (some places use different terms). It has... More

Stopped in for late breakfast as was rewarded with excellent service and top-notch food. Had a wonderful scramble with farm-fresh ingredients and outstanding rosemary-laced breakfast potatoes. My wife's corn pancakes were the real winners. This was our fourth visit here; always a sure bet.

I only wish I could have sampled everything on the menu! We went for breakfast before it got terribly crowded (go early if you don't want to wait) and my blueberry pancakes were to die for. Really tasty pancakes with blueberry syrup. My husband got a breakfast platter with eggs, potatoes and pancakes and ate every crumb. Service was good,... More

Came in on a Saturday, there were quite a few people in front of me with their names already on the wait list. They have a coffee stand at the front for people which is a nice gesture and most people were partaking in having a glass while waiting. The upstairs to the restaurant was closed, but I didn’t ask... Went to Sanborn's for breakfast. I had the German Apple Pancake and Kim had the Eggs Benedict. There are several German pancakes to choose from and I tried the apple because I wanted to compare it to my favorite from the Original Pancake House. It was very comparable in quality and taste. I plan to go back and try some... More

The Breakfast here was definitely good. I had the eggs with country links and potatoes with a side of the corned beef hash. My girlfriend had one of the German pancakes and it was also great!....Get there early because the line gets long...Definitely a place I would recommend....

I have enjoyed having brunch at Sanborn's over several years, It is always busy, often necessitating a wait. But it is worth it, The German pancakes are to die for, the eggs are superb, breakfast meats are wonderful. They often have interesting coffees, and drinks. I always avail myself of the opportunity to eat there.

I had the Bacon Apple Maple (BAM) and thought I would never thought get full. Wrong! It was filling and delicious. Hubby had a scramble with potatoes. He didn't think it was anything special, nor were the biscuits. I would go back to try the blue corn pancakes.

My wife and I have been eating breakfast at Sanborn's virtually every Sunday for the last 6 years. The staff is incredible, and the food superb. 12+ German pancakes, both sweet and savory. Every dish we've had there has been excellent. But today - today! - had the biscuits with mushroom rosemary gravy. Their specials are always superb, but this... More
