Via Delizia was not fancy but rather a cute cafe in Pearl District. We ordered Mezza, Lasagna, Paella, and finished with Tiramisu. The Mezza was very tasty even with the absent of hummus (the waitress suggested a replacement). The Lasagna was delicious as well while Paella and tiramisu were just okay. I also ordered a Cannoli to go and made sure the cannoli was made in house before buying it. It's one the best I have had. Will try its breakfast and lunch; hopefully soon.

The food was great. I had the fettucini. Yumm. My wife had a seafood dish (forgot name) that she enjoyed. We ate with another couple and the atmosphere was great outside on the sidewalk on a beautiful spring day with a park across the street. Service was slow and there were a couple of misses. Otherwise 5 stars.

Had really delicious vegetarian panini, salad and cheese ravioli. The chef knows his Italian food! Both were excellent! Service was great, including the chef stopped by our table to make sure everything was good. Prosecco, Peroni Pilsner and two lunches $33. Including tip. Go here!

This is a great lunch/dinner place with an Italian flair. In this part of the Pearl district I did not have an issue with street parking, as I have had in other parts of this area. The service was good, the food was very good. And, although a little loud inside, we were able to converse with our soft spoken friends. The prices are very reasonable too. We will return to this very nice restaurant soon.

Was walking back from Chase while working in Portland, saw a really nice appetizer and glasses of wine with a couple. Went in, ordered Barata Salad, Meatballs Marinara and a bottle of Washington Cab. Excellent food and service. Bought another bottle of North by Northwest to go. Finished off with Espresso Gelato. They also have a Greek Resturaunt not far away. I'll be back. Great service and ambiance, quiet, nice Italian feel.

Via Delizia is delicious!! Ambiance with the olive tree and beautiful music is enchanting. Small, quaint but not to be missed.

The food here is delicious and there are generous portions. We had the spaghetti bolognese, caprese salad, brie cheese appetizer and fettuccine with pesto--all were wonderful. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. They also make the gelato on site and it's delicious. The setting is absolutely charming, with a big olive tree in the center. The service is wonderful--quick and very friendly.

Via Delizia was a nice, quiet stop on the walk from Union Station to our hotel. Bright and pleasant and staff were welcoming. It may be better than my three stars but our experience was quite limited. Would stop again for a cup of coffee and a snack.

We spotted this from the Portland Streetcar at lunchtime. Not particularly inviting from the outside but rather cute inside with a huge fake tree and brick walls and lots of windows. We had early dinner reservations so split a Panini. We told the waiter that we were splitting one Panini, and it was served already split for us - a nice touch! The chicken Panini was stuffed, toasted perfectly, and delicious! It was served with a side salad (choice of green or Caesar) - just the right amount of dressing. The desserts looked good and there was a large selection of gelato. A very satisfying lunch! We will definitely eat here when we are in the city again (and if we lived within walking distance, would be there a lot!)

Wow. Excellent cafe latte. I ate "in." I also had a very nice canoli. This was at about 4pm and I was going out later and needed a little energy. The excellent coffee and quiet atmosphere gave me the boost that I needed.

The restaurant has an odd huge fake tree in the center of it that I found surprising/odd. There's free wifi here, and the Thursday afternoon I went was very, very quiet. There was outdoor seating, as well. I had a tea (disappointingly Stash tea - yuck!), and the pastries were enticing, quite appealing. Would I go again? If I was in the neighborhood, yes!

The best place we found to eat in Portland. Friendly staff. They took the time to explain the dishes. Everything was great. We didn't have good experience w most Portland restaurants but this place is the exception: very warm and special w great food.

Stopped by twice for an iced latte - the staff is incredibly friendly, and their coffee is DELICIOUS! With SO MANY coffee places around the Pearl District, this one is definitely my favorite!

Went with a group of ladies and this is a very cute restaurant, especially at night. There is an imitation tree with lanterns hung from it and rough stone work like you are in Italy. The food was good, I had the spinach salad with salmon and kind of wish there were other greens mixed in as the spinach all stuck together and i had to cut it with a knife to try to eat it as it was like eating stacks of paper.
