I took the kids to this restaurant to watch the football game. What a terrible server/bartender! We waited for over 25 minutes to get acknowledged, We ended up next door at cafe Bruges! Terrible!!!!!!! -0 star!

I ordered the "Goat cheese and poached pear salad" and added chicken. When the salad arrived, there were about 3 bites of chicken on lettuce and two fried cheese balls...no pears. I asked our waitress for the pears and she disappeared into the kitchen and emerged moments later carrying a dish with the "poached pears". There were cold, mushy and... More

Although more a college hang-out in the later evening, Alibis is wonderful for lunch, with a nice variety. Best of all are the grilled cheese sandwiches of which there are several to choose from!

The place was nearly empty at the same time Bruge was packed. The food was ok; nothing bad about it. However, it was not on par with Bruge, so we left disappointed. No point or plans to ever revisit.

I highly recommend the best bloody mary in town. The staff is friendly. The bar food is tasty and the service is quick. Great place to stop in while walking around town.

Alibi's has a comfortable bar scene with an eclectic mix of young and old locals, college students and teachers, and out of town visitors.

I am a Student and one-year resident of Carlisle. Tuesday is Team Trivia Night at Alibis. Great place for adults of every generation. Burgers are $5 and Happy Hour is extended to 7 PM. Carlisle citizens are very friendly by nature and I always make a new friend(s) when I come. Staff is fantastic. The Wings are my favorite. This... More

We went here for a couple beers and bar food. The beers were fine - we had chili covered fries which were average tasting and house made chips which were also average. There was a band there that night, which was fine. Our server spent that last part of our evening on her cell phone, and we had to walk... More

If you're looking for a great casual bar and burger place in the Carlisle area, you're not going to beat Alibis. Wide selection of draft beers and friendly service (Jasmine and Natalie). Check out Alibis Happy Hour. Cannot beat the prices.

Good morning start to a group meeting offsite. Breakfast of pancakes and bacon was tasty. 20 meals were served fairly quickly. Great taste and very friendly service. Coffee and fresh fruit start was superb.
