We didn't stay here but just came for dinner. We had the chicken and biscuits. Excellent choice. Ample coffee refills and great service.

I visited for the first time on Thanksgiving weekend. Although there was a steady stream of guests arriving, we were seated promptly. Our server was very helpful, and gave us a tour after we placed our menu orders. Our meals were excellent, and we were given a tour of the building at our request, too. Hint: please ask about the... I came with a group of people who reserved a table at the Inn. I was excited to come here again as I enjoyed it a few years ago. One by one we placed our orders. Sadly, our party was served at different intervals so some were finished before others were even served. The last one to be served finally... More

Welcoming staff but sadly the food was only "satisfactory". We were part of a group of 25. Service was efficient but some of us found the food rather dry

Dear David Thank You for taking the time to submit your review of your recent experience at the Inn’s restaurant. I am sorry that you felt the food was a little dry. It is a difficult challenge to efficiently get a group of over 25 people fed quickly so their additional activities that the group has planned is on time.... More

We had a great dinner. The pork medallions were wonderful. The atmosphere is so awesome - we sat by the fireplace. We love the history which you can read about online or at the restaurant. The history dates back 259 years. Of particular interest to us is the civil war history. They will let you take a tour of the... More

While I still love the local wine option they now can serve beer and I'm assuming alcohol . Hopefully they will be able to get , if not , specialize in some local brews . Have been back three or four times since my last review and each time have walked out more than pleased with the service and especially... More

This quaint Bed & Breakfast is just far enough away to make you feel very far away. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was quite homey! And the breakfast was delicious!

From the outside you kind of wonder, it's old the parking lot is rough but once you get inside it's quaint dim lite and semi romantic. The Inn was built in the 1750's and it's been operated as such ever since. The menu is limited but they have 5 to 7 entrees depending on the season. I had the Tuna... More

Although we live about 30 minutes away, we had never stayed here before. So for our anniversary I surprised my wife with an overnight stay at the B&B. Making reservations was easy through their web site. We booked a weeknight and a phone call the day before let us know that the Inn keeper would not be there but we... More

We ate at this horrible establishment on Thanksgiving Day 2015. We had a reservation, but it hardly seemed necessary as the "host" didn't even check the reservation book after we stood in the "lobby" for 45 minutes and he finally slumped out from the dining room and asked my husband and myself, and another couple that were waiting, if we...
