The Rooms were cleaned each day which was nice. Clean rooms, but little ventilation. Corridor constantly had room service trays on floor and were not cleared away which was a shame. A massive good point is breakfast, food and choice was awesome and Mohammed the...More

In a hotel of this standing you would expect staff to be trained and managed to a reasonable level. You would also expect the kitchen staff to be the same and for communication to exist between the two. I will start by saying the staff...More

Ridiculous prices I would not recommend it unless you have no other option. £4.25 a pint and the only choice was San Miguel or carlsberg, didn't have food but had a look at bar meals and they too were expensive.

Lovely bar and the staff were fantastic. Bev looked after us and really made our stay special. I would recommend the ceasar salad.

Enjoyed a spa session followed by lunch in the brasserie. Really tasty light lunch, plenty of choice on menu. All staff particularly friendly and chatty, without being overbearing. Bev in in brasserie was especially welcoming making our lunch very enjoyable.
