The journey kicks of the moment you start to make a reservation months in advance. Every dish is surprising and spectacular. Head Somelier Mr. Isa Bal and his team was amazing. Definitely once in a life time experience.

There is a generic email on the website they will answer. Very strange - we had a phone call and an email survey and we are in Australia. It if they've taken the money they have your booking.
