First Impressions The Fat Duck is located in the heart of Bray and from the outside looks just like any other ordinary house in the village. On entering you are given a very warm welcome and transported through a dark mirrored corridor into the open dining area and onto very comfortable leather dining chairs. The décor is plain and simple... More

Don't want to spoil it for anyone else but you have to go as it will be the best meal experience you've had. Only downside is that nothing else will better it! Amazing food and fantastic experience, exceptional service. Can't recommend highly enough.

Was very surprised with the simplicity of the restaurant decor, but this does allow for the theatre of the food to be the main focus. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and ensured that we had an enjoyable experience and invited us to look at the kitchens after our meal. The concept of the meal was fantastic and personal touches... More

I won't spoil the surprise by mentioning anything about the experience, other than to say that it is, hands down, the best and most interesting dining experience I have ever had. I was with two others and no question it was for them as well. It wasn't just the food, and outstanding service, but the whole experience ... it tickles... More

What can I say? This was a wonderful culinary, evocative, experience. It is every bit as good as you'd expect. The food is exquisite, the service thoughtful and attentive and the attention to detail second to none. The courses were highlight after highlight and the story told exceptional - we really loved the personal touches that made our lunch really... More

Stunning service and god from start to finish - all nearly 5 hours of it. My face hurt from smiling so hard. We were led through each course by the knowledgeable and fun service staff. The personal touches tired off the whole experience. I won't ruin any surprises, but if you ever get the chance to go - grab it... More

This restaurant is a complete experience for the senses, we were wowed throughout, its a lot of food and we did the wine pairing, which for me was an expensive mistake as i just couldnt keep up and some of the wines/ sake were not to my taste, however apart from that it was a wonderful experience. Remember to wear... More

What a wonderful evening we had last night! At various points over the whole evening we all had memories triggered through the emotions brought on by the attention to detail and sensory impact of the meal. The food looked and tasted beautiful. We enjoyed flavours and foods I wouldn't normally pick in a meal but it is worth trusting in... More

Second visit to fatduck and gets better. Great inventive food served by enthusiastic and friendly staff. No way to choose best course. Worth the money and wait. Treat yourself at least once.
