We wanted to go somewhere for a quiet family meal and on a friend's recommendation we went to Tottington Manor (booking is essential!). There was a friendly greeting from the staff and a nice, airy and light dining area. Service was prompt and efficient and the lunch menu was varied with plenty of choices. Wines were available by the glass... More
Great food - top service and wonderful value in a beautiful setting. Real fresh food cooked to perfection. Thank You
My wife and I picked up an old friend and went to lunch here earlier today. The staff were friendly, service was quick and the food excellent. It was also very good value at £13 a head for a two course meal. The menu, whilst not extensive, was sufficient in choice to make choosing a difficult task, as all items... More
This is a great place to lunch providing excellent quality food served in a well furnished and comfortable dining area. The staff are attentive and service very good. The Hotel including restaurant, garden area, conference and function rooms are located in an enviable location at the foot of the South Downs and summed up this is a great place to... More
This is a very pleasant restaurant/hotel set in beautiful countryside. As well as a separate room catering for weddings and conferences, there are several dining areas, presumably to cater for small private parties as well as general public dining. This is a bright, clean and airy venue with an 'olde worlde' feel, and I found the atmosphere 'genteel' without being... More
Lovely place to eat traditional country fare. Nestled at the back of the South downs. Tables inside looked charming and cosy. Food was served swiftly, plenty of iced bottled water (complimentary) on offer, and a simple and tasty menu. Good value in the week at lunch time. Happily let our little dog sit with us.
Set in a beautiful countryside setting the restaurant is an excellent place to get away from it all and enjoy good food served in a professional way without being stuffy. The set menu is well balanced and reasonably priced for a good class hotel restaurant.
Fabulous tasting food to be enjoyed for Afternoon Tea. Scones were beautifully warm , sandwiches with good fillings in good supply and the cake was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing and the view of the Downs lovely. Prosecco was a good match for the occasion and a reasonable price all round. Service was good, warm and friendly.
Nestled in the beautiful South Downs National Park you will find Tottington Manor Restaurant. It is the perfect place for a special meal but also for just an impromptu lunch. The menu caters for all tastes and budgets. Mid-week lunches range from £10-£15, depending on how many courses and the selection is varied. The food was cooked to perfection and... More
