In terms of food, this Zizzis is as good as any other, they're all pretty much standardised. The waiting on staff were polite and nice. Ticks all the boxes. And ticks more boxes if you have a voucher too.

Had a pizza here at lunchtime before watching England v Scotland. Pizza selection was very limited but what we did have was good. The food was served quickly and was very good quality. hot and plenty of toppings. The staff were very friendly and the service was good.

I try not write any negative reviews but at times I must! After meeting with friends for a quick dinner at this restaurant I walked away knowing I would never return. Warm beer and a very strange Calzone that gave me an almost sleepless night however made me write this. Never again for me!

A pleasant Zizzi restaurant in the centre of Twickenham. Had free Prosecco and olives courtesy of O2 priority then I chose Penne del Casa - a combination of chicken, mushrooms and pasta in a creamy sauce. Not too rich just very pleasant. My son had a spicy Calzone pizza which he rated as excellent. Staff were attentive and service was... More

Very, very slow service. I am always underwhelmed when you pre-order and still have to wait 45 mins for your food to arrive. The pasta was fine, however, my colleagues had the pizza and send two back as they had burnt / carbon bottoms!.

Went on a Saturday night, with an overseas visitor, after a sightseeing day in London. Chose zizzi as had been to several other locations in the past. Usually buzzing and a safe bet. This one is near home.,but found this branch extreme!y quiet and lifeless, decor and ambience just don't cut it. So, Just about Ok service, Just about ok... More

Firstly, the rating is based on my woeful 1st experience of using Deliveroo, as opposed to the quality of Zizzi's food. However, given the lack of feedback/ customer service transparency on Deliveroo's own website, I felt compelled to express my disappointment here in the hope that Zizzi might care about how their business will be adversely affected by their relationship... It's not my first visit to Zizzi Twickenham and if I came back, for a reason it was... First of all we were seated promptly and to the table we chose. That's the first down mark if you seat by the window it's quite cold over there, even though there is a massive pizza oven burning 8 meters away!! I... More

My girlfriend called up to check availability, she told me the woman on the phone was very pushy and wasn't friendly at all. Arrived and was ushered to our table. I noticed some menu offers at the door so took them. When I showed the waitress, she started having a go at me saying they weren't applicable and when I... More

Popped in here seeking warmth and sustenance after Big Game 9 up at HQ and the place was rammed! However, being only 2 of us, laddie and I got the last table and promptly ordered a couple of pizzas. Fairly standard menu but pretty tasty all told - Rustica seem to be the larger, flatter, crispier and preferred variety. Amidst... More

Description
At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Only a 10 minute walk from the famous Twickenham Rugby Stadium and inspired by the stadium itself, our Zizzi is the perfect place to stop off for some post-game refuelling. We can’t quite fit 82,000 people like the stadium but we do take bookings!Inside you’ll find a nod to the Twickenham rugby pitch with our full height grass wall. Difficult to walk on but lovely to look at.
