Empty on arrival, empty during, empty on leaving. No idea why! The food was delicious....from small homemade poppadoms and amazing green sauce, to home made naans. We ordered a chicken and prawn curry. Both really delicious. Extremely good value. Put it in more central west...London and the funky different menu would command much higer prices. Not the most varied stock of beers but food more than makes up for it. Only 100 metres from Wembley Stadium station and did us v well....Go (unless you'd rather eat vile food in the arena or stadium)More
We ordered 2 kathi rolls and 1 masala fries which claimed to be with a chilli garlic sauce. What we got was 2 kathi rolls that left your ears steaming even though we eat pretty spicy food. The masala fries were simple basic fries we...could have picked up from McDonald's. When asked why the fries did not have any 'Masala', we were told that this is how the chef prepares them. Rather we believe the place got busy so this was a shortcut taken to save time.
We also ordered lassi due to how spicy the food was and this never arrived!
The only thing we appreciated was the waitresses who were clearly run off their feet but trying their best.
I would not return here again.. Too many better places to eat in Wembley.More
Staying locally on business and fancied food with flavour. Ordered a Chicken Biryani.. But they forgot the vegetables and after digging and delving, I found 4 very small pieces of chicken. There was plenty of rice, dry, tasteless rice. Shocking !
I live nearby and wanted to try a local restaurant. The food was lovely and decor meets the contemporary style of dining. Deffinately will be going back again. Jason our waiter was brilliant and very attentive.
Visited Dhoom street kitchen twice.
The food menu is great and the staff is very helpful . The food is satisfactory as the authentic taste of some of the dishes is missing.
The pricing is also a bit on the higher side .
There are...other good Indian restaurants having much more better service and food in Wembley.More
From an Indians perspective, all the starters were just OK nothing wow, the aloo tikki chaat was the only one I thought was quite good. The masala chips say saucy but they are dry, the mogo look very season but don't taste of much, the...paneer was left unfinished (and would always get finished), this isn't to say the food was bad just wouldn't really go back for anything.
The one bad thing was that one member of staff us that the 'fresh' passion fruit was indeed fresh when we checked to confirm as it tasted like it was suncream, and apparently they just didn't retain the black seeds. When we checked with another member they indeed confirmed it came from a packet and was not fresh.More
