The welcome is warm and friendly -- the food is excellent and good value --service is v good Large car park --- Local beers --- locals use this pub but don't hog the bar area ,consistently good food and willing to change or add items

Visit several times a month always excellent food and great service without fail. Great with the dog too. This is the way to do it.

Went for my husbands bday great pub food with big portions! Lovely service and nice beers, great location for walking and dogs are allowed too!

I love this pub it is an ideal place to meet with family and/or friends and enjoy good, home cooked pub food. With a beautiful outlook, friendly staff and a great atmosphere within it is a pub I would recommend. Look forward to visiting again...More

This pub is in a time-warp, food from the 80's. Basic 'pub-grub' or roast. Not many choices outside this and the salads are really boring!

Excellent choice of food and superb quality. Not the cheapest, but fantastic value for money given the quality. Dogs are welcome with free dog biscuits too. Good atmosphere.
