Chips cooked perfectly, cod bites were huge and lovely. Nt cheap but not too expensive either. Great to grab fish and chips and enjoy sitting out on the harbour.

Eat here a few times a year when visiting Cornwall, always excellent. Food cooked to order, friendly staff. Excellent value. Last ate there un August but unfortunately yesterday we discovered they were closed due to a small fire. (Oct 16) Hope they will re-open soon.

Excellent chippy, had take away of large fish and chips. Cooked whilst waiting and both the fish and chips were very nice. The portion of fish was huge which they had trouble wrapping. Plenty of benches to enjoy your food with great view

Previously had fish and chips here and was suitably impressed. Took our best friends a year later and the food was just as good. The chips crisp and crunchy, the fish fresh, white, huge flakes incased in beautiful crisp crunchy batter. Simply the best we've eaten anywhere. Don't waste your money at Steins overpriced underwhelming chip shop in Padstow. The... More

After reading reviews on here I felt obliged to get my holiday fish and chips from here. The fish is cooked to order and was superb, seriously tasty and the batter was very nice. A very big fish more than enough for one. I was disappointed with my chips though, very greasy and not crispy at all. I can say... More

We went here for fish and chips as a Friday treat on our holiday! It was fantastic! The fish is cooked fresh to order and the batter is just perfect.. I have had my fair share of fish and chips as I used to live by the sea and this place is up there!! The portions are large, I ordered... More

My partner & I went into Mevagissy for fish & chips one evening, we both had the large cod & chips, it was amazing, the best fish we've had from a chippy, my partner didn't even touch her chips because the fish was so large!! I would highly recommend this takeaway.
