We could have picked a better day for a visit to Polkerris Beach. Drizzle in the air, a screaming wind and menacing clouds. But let’s talk about the pluses. There was nobody on the beach and our little two year old couldn’t have cared less...More

You will need to book....Sam's is always busy. Good food though maybe the menu could change more often. Quite noisy with happy diners. Glorious views out to sea...parking a bit of a problem. Helpful and friendly staff. Go and see for yourself!

Description
25 years of Sams in Fowey has now enabled us to bring all our experience, fun, ambience, staff and fantastic locally sourced produce to create something truly unique in the old Fowey Lifeboat House here on the waters edge overlooking the bay.3 Ingredients that a successful restaurant needs are "Good Staff, Good Food, Good Ambience" and Sams on the Beach has all 3 in abundance!Enjoy! And the views not that bad too!Sam Sixton
