Great service from Sammy who was very helpful with making sure allergy sufferer in party only had food she could eat.

The beef was as tough as leather, gravy was cold, which made the rest of the meal cold. Carrots were frozen, soft and mushy, the only taste was butter. Yorkshires were Aunt Bessie's frozen. The diet coke was syrup and not drinkable.
The starter was terrible, nancho was disgusting and they took it back. The next course steak was so tough and full of gristle it was impossible to eat.
Didn't get everything we ordered. Food was look warm and took ages to come. Nice ambiance but we've eaten here several times and its always the same. slow and inaccurate. Food moderate.
Used the Carclaze when staying at the Premier Inn. Really convenient. We bought a meal deal which covered a two course evening meal with a drink with breakfast for about £24.Service was good and food was enjoyable. I felt their breakfast was excellent

Microwaved food this is for you. I had lasagne the cheese had melted to the point it was runny. The fish and chips are not worth commenting on Would not recommend this place
