We stopped in this cafe for a coffee and ended up having the most amazing Fish platter salad which was big enough for two to share. The food was totally delicious, beautifully presented and huge. The staff were extremely polite and attentive even though they were very very busy as the sunshine was glorious. They were quite happy to provide... More

The cafe was staffed with the most pleasant and helpful staff. A varied selection of food was on offer, although a bit pricey The views were stunning, with large windows looking out to the rocks and sea. The place also was dog friendly...deffinately a bonus.

I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch here on a very windy day - the sea views were amazing. Staff very helpful- even offered a tissue to dry off my camera. The lunch - veg lasagne - was very generous, hot and tasted great.

Stopped of at the Lizard Point on a Wednesday morning in January and decided to have tea/coffee on the walk around. Gorgeous weather for January and the views from Polpeor were stunning. Prices were very reasonable.

We've been coming to Polpeor for nearly 20 years. Peter and his family have made this our favourite place to be in Cornwall. A summers evening on the terrace with the freshest fish medley anywhere followed by the jubilee merengue with a glass or two as you watch the sun go down . Cant be beaten. We've been known to... Perhaps this is one of the best place to have a cafe. Wonderful views of the Lizard peninsula. It is most southernly cafe of UK. After a walk or visit to light house this is the place to relax with a cup of coffee or drink. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Service is fast and views simply stunning.

The view from this clifftop cafe down to the sea is beautiful. Delicious scones and cakes and reasonably priced by cornish standards.

I last visited this cafe 3 1/2 years ago and I'm pleased to say that it's still as good as last time. It was very cold and windy when my party of 4 plus baby visited and we was made very accommodating by the young female waitress who also quickly got the childs seat set up for us, my bacon... More

What a wonderful setting, the views are to die for! Lovely cream tea with gigantic scones, really nice jam and wonderful Cornish clotted cream. Excellent value for money. Fast friendly staff, will definitely go back.
