The service was lovely but the food was rubbish. I had the barramundi burger and it tasted like nothing. Even some salt would have helped, but there was none on the table. Good location, but a bit pointless if the food is crap.

Northern lass from Northumberland. Been here twice since we arrived 4 days ago. Darren had the mixed fish grill and said it was good. I had the lemon sole with coconut rice given 4 stars as I asked to ease off with the oil which they did the next time. Thank you. Had this with a side of fried greens... More

Excellent food, from exotic fish dishes to basic fish and chips. A good setting and friendly staff my only negative point would be that I felt the place needed a really good clean.

Highly popular, we had to pop by more than once to secure a reservation ( we were a group of 6, smaller groups might have better success. Lovely view if you manage to sit within the indoor veranda. Friendly service, food is good but you do pay for the location and view. There is a playground just across the road... More

I had the shakshuka for breakfast on our last day in Byron. Sitting watching the beach and smelling the salty air sipping coffee was a great way to end our holiday. Fishheads is a favourite of mine and today was no different. The meal looks huge but I managed to get through most of it. I added a little bit... More

Fishheads, was a rare treat and fine dining in a beach driven town. The three meals were Snapper, eye fillet with crab and Salt and pepper Squid with Fennel salad. All meals were fantastic and pricing very reasonable for the dishes/Drinks and size received $161.00. Only criticism was that the waiters were worked off there feet and could of had... More

I was very excited about my booking here and although the Manager of the Hotel recommended it, he had not eaten here. It has the location in Byron, right on the beach. Unfortunately a restaurant with a high price range you expect certain standards, service was slow and the mains took 45 mins to appear. The restaurant was half empty... More
