Our Scotch fillets were 1/2 the size of a fillet. Carrots weren't cooked. But mash potato and service was great !

Historic pub with a great feel. Mains were good ( rissoles and roast pork ), however the apple and rhubarb crumble had no crumble, it was uncooked biscuit dough.

Great atmosphere, nice staff, cheap prices. The food was great I didn't like the wine, however I did buy the cheapest house wine! Not sure what I was thinking!
The motel manager recommended that we eat here and we weren't disappointed. Very friendly country service. Couldn't go past the Shepherds Pie which was most definitely home cooked as was the Lasagne. Later learnt that this has been a family owned establishment (hence the name!!!!)...More
This pub has Resch's on tap. Quiet during the afternoon but certainly livened up around dinner time. Staff and patrons friendly.
