Good range of pub food at a reasonable price. I had the lamb shanks and they were cooked nicely. Seems to be the go to place when in Hay for dinner.

Excellenty pub food the mushroom gravey was fantastic so was the T bone, the pizza's looked beautiful as they went out, service was great very friendly.
We were traveling through towards Canberra. It was recommended by the hotel we stayed in and we weren't disappointed. The staff were friendly and the bistro felt homely. I really enjoyed the food and so did the family.
