This place is terrible. The food was rubbery and worse than flavourless, it tasted horrible. We sat at our table for 20 minutes with the mess of the last customer before they brought our food over and realised they couldn't put it down (after I had stacked the previous customers' plates myself). They forgot parts of the order the took... More

Great place for some brekky or lunch. They do good coffee too, which is very important. Food is nice too, but the view over the channel sets it apart.

Our experience overall on this occasion was good+ We were warmly greeted and overall served well. The coffees were ok, without being spectacular. The breakky food was well presented, and of good quality. Served at the table, but queue up and order at the bar / cashier.. Overall a 3.5 rating. Would go again when in the area.

This restaurant is in a great location but when 4 of us came in for breakfast we noticed a lot of half eaten meals so we just got takeaway coffee and banana milkshakes. Coffee was average but the milkshakes were a joke and handed to us in small coffee cups. We were in a bit of disbelief when the takeaway... More

Food is ok, but for the price it's not worth it. The coffee is poor. On my breakfast they forgot the sausage and they must of microwaved it as the skin on the sausage was not cooked and it was still cold in the middle.

What a waste of money. Very, very average food (being kind) Over priced for the standard of food. Steak over cooked & poor quality. Male server interrupting conversation & lacking general manners. Not a place to go if you want to chat with friends uninterrupted. Male server had a very intrusive, arrogant manner.

We had stopped in to Tides years earlier so decided to stop in again for a lunch. It was around 2 pm, cafe was quiet. We ordered burgers and the Hawaiian Chicken burger came with a beef patty AND a deep fried chicken patty. A bit over the top. Fries were fresh and good. We didn't buy any baking.

Love this place Have been with my partner, again with my daughter, and with work. The owner is a great guy from NJ, his want to serve you great food and even better coffee, this is why I return. Order the fish and chips, it's the best in Swansea, sadly this isn't hard, but regardless, it'd still impress if it... More
