Wife and I went here. Good food and good price for fine dinning. Nice atmosphere. Wait staff was pleasant. It's located in a great spot on race street. We would definitely go back.

We stayed nearby at the Parsonage B and B and the owners highly recommended Moya. They were dead on! The service was friendly and prompt, the food amazing. We had the filet mignon in a port glaze with garlic mashed. AMAZING! Love to go back!
