We arrived to check in for our reservation and we were told there would be a wait as they were running behind. When I asked how many minutes they were behind or how long they thought the wait might be, the girl said I have no idea. You will just have to wait. If they would have told us we... More

Our family of four adults had a wonderful time and a delicious meal. Bobby Joe was our server - he was knowledgeable and a lot of fun. We were there for almost three hours and enjoyed every minute.

We went here for dinner and had a great experience. You definitely pay for the experience and not the food, which is ok. The waitress was very helpful in picking the broth that went with the entrees and was very attentive to our drinks. We would definitely return as we had a great time.

The Melting Pot KOP is consistently excellent. We usually sit at the bar and drink a bottle (or two) of wine. Sometimes we have dinner, food is always excellent. We will be back!

It was a perfectly paced meal, allowing us time to enjoy each other's company which is such an important part of the dining experience. The waitress did a wonderful job of explaining the "road map" , including an overview when we first arrived and then what was going into each dish as it was prepared. She was attentive but not... We dined here in mid December and we were not impressed. Firstly - We did not like the fact that if everyone at the table did not order the same meat you could potentially be cooking Beef, Fish and Chicken in the same pot. Not something that appeals to me nor anyone at our table. So we all ordered Filet.... More

The service at this restaurant has to be the focus of this restaurant, they make an effort to take into account any allergies and listen to any requests you have. As for the food, if you've never had fondue, cooking your own food may be a shock to the system at a restaurant. But having food cooked exactly as you... More

I've been to the MP several times over the years. The menu continues to get more confusing and expensive. It is a unique setting in which you cook your own food, which can be a fun treat - so why the exorbitant costs? All you need in the kitch is a prep cook. Waiterstaff dont do much good either because... More
