Nice family restaurant I actually used to work there as a kid. Hands down best wing sauce in the area it's incredible. Food is great but the pizza is mediocre.

Stopped ordering take-out-poor quality and inconsistent. Ex. stromboli literally was dripping/soggy with grease.

It's fine, it's fine. It's been here forever. And we go once every couple years to see if it's changed. Doesn't seem to though, which makes some folks really happy. Nice and predictable boring though

It's been a while since I've reviewed this place. Still delicious & consistent. We are always torn between pizza or pasta. We love the Old World square, Ravioli mix, and the Baked Lasagna(tons of mozzarella on top!). One of our favorite spots.

This is a rural area without many choices. Kay's is family owned and the food is fresh and homemade. Although most of the menu is Italian, there are soups, salads, sandwiches that are quite good. Prices are reasonable. Service is good.

Have gone here for 30 plus years. Owners son Nick makes a great hot wing pizza. A favorite over the years is the New England Clam Soup. Good variety of Italian specialties, all homemade. Interior could use a little sprucing up though, especially the upholstered seats, the padding has seen better days. Noticed they recently fixed up the ceiling &... More

I first visited Kay's in December 2014 when I was in Lake Ariel in connection with buying our retirement home. I went to the closest restaurant near my new home for lunch. I was very impressed with their excellent pizza. Being from the New York area where there is excellent pizza on nearly every corner, I am hard to impress.... More

Good food and prices. They have an early bird special menu that does not have a time limit. It is some of the same dishes on regular menu but smaller portions. The desserts are homemade and very good. In the summer they have the best breakfast buffet. The homemade french toast is like a dessert!!!! Also an omlete station.

Nice room outside but actually inside. Slow service but this is because food is made fresh. Staff was inventive to us and made us feel welcome.

I love to eat at Kay's for lunch but dinner is great as well, the food is hot and good also the deserts are homemade I would highly recommend the Rice Pudding. Also the prices are just right.
