Local pub with good service and confi food, wings were not so tasty due to a bad combination of BBQ and hot sauce.

Flannery's made for a perfect romantic evening. Warm casual pub atmosphere in the front. We didn't sit in the restaurant setting the back so I can't comment on that. Our waitress was very friendly. They know how to make a proper half and half (Harp and Guinness), and the Oak Barrel Sirloin was fantastic. We were very happy with the... More

I visited Flannery's twice on the same day...once for lunch in the early afternoon and again for drinks in the late afternoon. I ordered the pub burger with fries and it was excellent. Later, I returned for drinks with a friend and ordered a Moscow Mule and it was the worst one I ever had. First, I have never gotten... More

We enjoyed eating dinner twice here on our honeymoon. Really a lovely small place with entire families stopping in and a great beer selection.

My hubby and I stopped in for lunch and a cold one on a hot August day. The burgers were big and amazing...and the fries were delicious. I sampled small glasses of local beers...which is always fun. We also had a conversation with one of the servers about some of the strange experiences that some say are ghost related. It... More

Server was super friendly. Lots of choices for lunch including brunch specials. Cost was reasonable. Knob Hall Winery just 10 minutes driving from tavern, another great experience with their tastings choices.

This is a gem of a place. Rarely do you enter a Tavern or Pub and it feels authentic. We were dropping my son and his friend off at Summer Swim Camp at Mercersburg Academy. We were early so we stopped in for Brunch. Right away I knew we were correct with our choice. I had the Crabby Benedict and... More

Not a lot going on in Mercersburg so your choices are limited....stopped for some food and a few beers...nachos were good. We got into conversation with the local Cliff Claven at the bar and learned waaaaaaaay more "facts" about the area and ghosts than we ever wanted...but thats what makes local bars fun.
