It is not Applebee's or Logan's Road House...but you'll find a tasty Mom & Pop meal in the middle of nowhere. Traveling along my way I had Breakfast (chip beef on toast) was very good and lunch (chef salad- small) the day before was good too. The salad was good size very nice...the large is huge..platter size. I've had friendlier... More

We're from southeaster PA and have friends in easterner OH. We met here as a midway point to "hand-off" our son so he could spend time with their son for the week between Christmas and New Years. We arrived at noon. The place was busy, but there were open tables. Our server was pleasant and split the check for us.... More

Traveling from NYC to a burb of Chicago our family was in need of a lunch stop. Both Travelocity and Google reviews gave this place a great rating. Even though the place is a bit run down, the place is clean and well managed. You have to seat yourself and there is nothing indicating that, but that was really the... More

Restaurant was rather crowded, so the service was slow. The food was good and reasonably priced. We will eat there again.

I stopped here with my daughter for breakfast and it was wonderful. I had a western omelette full of fresh ingredients with a side order of homemade sausage. She had the children's menu pancakes with sausage and we both loved our meal. That was fresh baked goods for sale to take with you and they looked scrumptious also. I would... More

Rolled in for breakfast and ordered the sausage and cheese omelette. The menu did not describe it as an over-stuffed omelette but it was oozing sausage. This may be the best omelette I've ever had (seriously) and I would stop again. The decor is country, the booths are dated, the service was adequate but the omelette was amazing. I'll never... More

I love to hit this place for breakfast when I am in the area. Good food and friendly staff. I have only had their breakfast here, so I cannot comment on the rest of the menu, but I keep coming back when I am in the area.

My family found this restaurant by chance, and I am glad we did. We ordered chicken & waffles (the kind they eat in Pennsylvania) with a side of mashed potatoes and homemade baked corn. It was so good! We will definitely be coming back.

This place is terrible...I have always said when in doubt get a burger. NOT!!! This was really bad (frozen) with no taste and my wife got the open faced turkey. (2) dry pieces of bread stacked on top of each other with hunks or lack of turkey with white gravy. Thank god for the applesauce as that was the best... More

This place is great. Cozy environment. I love "diner food" and this place has Everything! I had old fashioned creamed chicken over bisquits, some home made soup, and pie. It was all oustanding! Soooo much better to stop at a place like this than fast food. The service was very prompt as well!!
