This is a great little pub type restaurant. It is very popular so it fills up fast. Been there numerous times and have never been not satisfied with the food or the service. Great daily specials reasonable prices. If you like big burgers try The Quarry Boss.

This is one of our favorites in town as well! They have amazing home cooked meals as well as bar style food. There's always a really amazing daily special board with soups and seafoods as well as they have a really large selection of craft beer! Food is always hot, delicious and you rarely have to wait long for it... More

Been going here a long time, but today the service and food was pretty horrible. I was specific about my California cheese steak order, but it came out all wrong. Instead of making a new sandwich they slapped some mayo, lettuce and tomato on top and sent it back out. The waitress made an excuse that she doesn't speak spanish... More

Visited this establishment on a Saturday evening around 5:30 p.m. There were 3 of us and we were fortunate to get the last available table in the place. The server promptly took our drink order. There was a slight delay after she dropped off our drinks until the time she took our food order but that was OK. We were... More

Went with three other friends for one of their birthdays on a Friday night. Outside it smelled amazing and walking in the place is packed with seemingly happy people. We only had to wait 10 minutes and were seated by a very friendly server. Our server came to the table and everyone ordered their drinks, I ordered an Old Fashioned... More

After hearing about the Slate Quarry Hotel from friends we decided to give it a try. Going on a Saturday night it was fairly crowded but the staff handled the crowds very well. Sitting at the bar we ordered the seafood sampler which was very good and reasonably priced. The menu is quite large having something to please even the... More

Stopped by for a late lunch. The place was well lit and very clean. The bartender was also the server and was prompt and friendly. The food we (2) had was average but the Yuengling was ice cold and went down a little to fast. I stopped at two but will not hesitate to stop by again for another

We joined friends who rave for the Slate Quarry Hotel. They were correct. They held our table as asked. Place was packed. OK selection of beer. Offered a sample of a new beer which was nice for how busy they were. Typical bar food! With that in mind it's a good local place to dine. "Just so you know" it's... More
