We've been going to "The Toheek" for about five years. Barb, the manager, and Diane, the bartender, know us when we walk in. We barely sit down and they have two PBRs super cold, poured and waiting for us. Folks chat with one another and are friendly if you want them to be. There's a pool table or you can... More

It was a lazy Sunday and we just took to a rode and drove. Around 2pm we were getting hungry and the first place we stopped was the Tohickon. Walking in there was a huge bar and a few tables and billiard tables. It was busy, we almost didn't stay because we thought it was a bar until I saw... More

We have a group that follows our high school football team, and that requires what we call "pre-gaming" whenever we travel out of town. We try to find the closest bar/restaurant to the football field, that can accommodate a large group at a reasonable price, and are always happy to try new places. This place was like a step back... First I'm not a straight up beer drinker, I do like a Summer Shandy in the summer and a Guiness in the winter. Tues and Thu Kris is the waitress and barkeep, she knows her stuff. They have an endless beer selection .. How about pretzel beer, or a black cherry apple, or a chocolate and white chocolate stout all... More

Ever tried stopping at the next place that serves food? We did and were pleasantly surprised. Definitely a tavern first with a bar full of locals enjoying their lunch. We had the triple decker grilled cheese. Wow! A lot of sandwich. The soups are home made too. Best stop in town.

The Tohickon always has a great selection of very local brews on tap, and affordable food. The specials are of a nice portion and have always been just plain good. They also have a great selection of beers and ales to go.

Just a short review covering lunch at Tohickon Tavern. Krista waited on me and a more pleasant person I have not found. The beef hero was ok, its a local bar nothing more or less. The bathroom was clean that's good enough for me.

Barmaid sees you and says hi I'll be right with you then goes and socializes for 10 minutes before I got up and left. Think I'll just stick to going to becker's corner, way better service and food

I was out with friends to conduct some business and enjoy a beer. Since I had not eaten, I decided to order the chicken stir-fry. It turned out to be surprisingly large in portion size and was quite tasty! Although I had been to this place for drinks before, this was my first dining experience. I'll eat here again!

Tip for waitstaff: full time consideration of another endeavor might be in order. Food is average at best. Music too loud, wait 45 min to be asked if I wanted a drink.
