We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and service at this Tavern. We will definitely return when we are in Lancaster. Our meals were excellent and our cocktail/wine reasonable and very good.

Last Saturday I hosted a special family dinner the night before my daughter's wedding. There were 12 of us (9 adults, 2 children and an infant) and they set up a private room for us upstairs. This was great as we're a happy silly bunch and we had the freedom to cut up and be ourselves without disturbing the restaurant... More

You can't get better ambiance than in a tavern from the 1740's. Food can be pricey, but the quality is excellent. There's a reason why this restaurant has been in business forever. Service friendly and attentive too. More of a special occasion place for me, but one day I would love to eat in the bar area for a more... More

The Revere Tavern has been around since the 1740s and is worth visiting for that reason alone. The food was hit and miss. The soups were excellent as was the 28-day aged ribeye. My rockfish was tiny, overcooked to near inedibility, and didn't resemble its menu description. The wines by the glass need to be changed. The service was excellent... More

However Kristen the hostess did a awesome job making sure we had the seats we wanted. We didn't want dining room for a complete dinner... More

We ate at the Revere. Very nice restaurant. Beautiful in its historic accents with modern flare. Very clean, warm and inviting. Service was very good. My meal was not to.my liking and they did everything to assure my satisfaction. My wife's meal was on point. Prices are what you should expect for a restaurant like this. I would visit again.

We went here to celebrate my husband's birthday, which is on Valentine's day. It was our first visit here. I was initially put off by being led to an upstairs dining room. But it was quiet, attractive, and with a gas fireplace. Red and white decore and fresh flowers on the tables. We both had steak, perfectly prepared. Excellent staff,... More

Wonderful dinner ..... great food and personable efficient staff. We sat in the bar area...there are few tables for dinner in the bar as well as the normal bar seating . Food and service is just as good no matter where you are seated. The bar staff went out of their way to assure that we had good service and... More
