We stopped here as it appeared to be a must stop for tourists. The food was fine as was the service.

We were in Pittsburgh for a graduation. Short walk from our hotel. The restaurant was packed. Not too long of a wait. We ate breakfast here all 3 days of our stay. Delicious food. Best breakfast we've had in a long time. Staff were super busy but at the same time very efficient. Pancakes were too die for, eggs were... More

The server was delightful. We hope her daughter finds a nice place to live while working in DC. The food was good, décor - took me back to my childhood and the price was right on the money for our party of four. I recommend Pamela's on Forbes if you are visiting Pittsburgh - it's worth the wait.

There is usually a line at Pamela's and we were told it gets worse after 9:00am. We used the app "No Wait" and didn't have to wait too long for a table. The service was rushed but friendly. It is difficult to hear in there! The food is fantastic! The potatoes are very very good. The OJ is from concentrate.... More

I am a sucker for diner food and this place did not disappoint. The decor is funky and fun. The food is delicious and well priced. Cash only, though. Our server had no problem splitting checks, but I'm not sure if that willingness is limited to a smaller party. Whatever else you order, I really recommend getting an order of... More

Came here for breakfast and was not disppointed. They have their famous potatoes that lived up to it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is pretty cool with old games all over the walls.

I ate breakfast here 2 mornings in a row, while in a visit to Pitt, with family. After a 15 min wait, our party of 5 was seated. The eggs and pancakes (more like a crepe) were delicious. 2 complaints- they serve margarine in toast and pancakes unless you specifically ask for butter. I don't know why any restaurants continue... Early Sunday mornings are dates for me and my SO. We went to Pamela's in Oakland last Sunday and it was delicious! The crepe pancakes are the best ~ service is good, décor is interesting - yummy!
