At church, I first tried authentic Ethiopian food and from the first bite, I knew I needed more. The flavors are so interesting and unique! I took my friends out to try something new (for them) and we were not disappointed. The waitress kindly explained everything to us (none of us were Ethiopian) and we all enjoyed our food so... More

A group of friends went out for a new dinner experience last night. The experience didn't disappoint. We did have trouble finding a parking spot. The restaurant is small. We were there on a quiet night. There were 4 of us so we got 2 samplers so that we could sample most everything. We really enjoyed the food. After reading... More

Dined here with some coworkers and it was delicious! Service was great and everyone was friendly. Portions were nice. I had the Doro wat (chicken) in Kay wot (hot) sauce. Highly recommend this place!

Recently had dinner at this establishment. Went with a bit of experience with southern African food, but no idea what to expect here. Which also means I had no basis for a comparison, which is important. I got the meat sampler and had a perfectly fine meal. It was not bursting with flavor bet everything seemed in good balance. As... More

Great restaurant with delicious food. Try a bit of everything...can't go wrong. Maybe ship desert though, or at least the chocolate cake (too rich). Great food but each time we have gone is has been empty. Not sure why. Try it you won't be disappointed.

The restaurant is in the middle of a block of offices/apartments. I think it is easy to miss. I found street parking easily. You have to ask for silverware if you do not want to be authentic. You will certainly see others eating with their fingers. The wait staff was fun and helpful with choices. I have eaten here twice... More

Amazing Ethiopian food! I have been to many Ethiopian restaurants and this is by far the best one. Injera is fresh and the dishes in the vegetarian platter are out of this world!!!!

The food was average. Our appetizer was kinda salty. Service was ok. Waitress was friendly. I've had better Ethiopian.

Lovely place. Serene atmosphere, clean and inviting. Really delicious food. The waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful. One in our party had the 5 choices of vegetarian dishes and was pleased. I had the chunks of chicken breast in spices and it was perfect. A lot of food. The cold beet salad is wonderful. Extra injera if you need or... More

my fiancé and I heard about this place through a friend and decided to give it a shot. Glad we did! Our waitress was super friendly and our service was very prompt. We've never eaten at a restaurant serving Ethiopian food. We didn't know how the whole no utensils thing would work out. But we managed just fine! It wasn't... More
