We had breakfast here on Sunday morning. Nice selection of breakfast items. Everything appeared to be nice and fresh. Will definitely come back here. Located on the second floor of the Westin Hotel.

I was staying at The Westin and ate breakfast here in the hotel. The service was slow even though there weren’t a lot of people in the restaurant at 9am. The waitress was friendly. I ordered the egg white frittata which was bland and I...didn’t like it. It should have more flavor, spices or something. The atmosphere is nice.More

This had a higher end feel and slightly sophisticated menu. We enjoyed breakfast here on Saturday morning. It was relatively quiet with only 4-5 tables. I very much appreciated the vegan and vegetarian options. We enjoyed smoothies, granola and ricotta pancakes with fresh fruit. All...of it was good, not amazing. My only complaint - the coffee is miserable at best.More

Buffet disappointing. $24. Limited choices (no omelets). Soggy French toast. Really just ok. I should have walked across the street

The restaurant is clean and upscale. My server was inattentive at best. I ordered scrambled eggs and they were literraly runny on my plate. I also got hash browns, ham and wheat toast. I requested my toast dry. It came with butter. The ham was...barely warm. The meal was mediocre at best. Breakfast for one was 20.00!More

Ate a breakfast here while staying at the Westin, and it was solid. I had a benedict and it was nicely prepared and came out in a good time. It was slow when I ate there, but another day when I passed by I noticed...it was extremely full, so be aware that it could be the case. As for hotel food, it is pricey.More

as the breakfast restaurant in the Westin Convention Center Hotel, I have eaten many meals here. They offer a most interesting healthy breakfast menu, with gluten free offerings of breads and muffins. As well as a traditional offering. Best breakfast I have ever experienced at...a hotel.More

One of the waiters owns a Pittsburgh Attraction! The most painted house in the USA. The food is also excellent, the other staff very welcoming, and it's very quick too if you're in a hurry to eat.

We live in the city, but never knew about this place. You seldom hear locals talk about it because it focuses on travelers at the Convention Center and the Westin Hotel. The room is quiet and is a great place to have conversation over breakfast.They...have a variety of items that are quite unique. They have a "healthy" category and more traditional section. My wife had the Quinoa and kale fritatta and I had the Turkey omelet. They were both very good. We will definitely go back. One thing to know is that they only do breakfast and they close at 11:00 am.More

This restaurant is part of the hotel and offer full breakfast. For a full service hotel the breakfast is weak.. The breakfast buffet is poor because of the lack of choices. only scrambled eggs and cant get omelets or fried eggs if you get buffet....The food quality was low too.More

We went to the Penn City Grill for brunch on Sunday as we were getting ready to leave. Uncertain of the time it was served, we apparently came at the tail end of service. The staff seated us and told us we could go up...for our food. The variety was what you would usually expect, warm, and plenty of food available. It was good but nothing outstanding. The only drawback was after we had gotten our plate and they brought our drinks to us, the waitstaff informed us that they were shutting down the buffet. I think if we knew it was closing we would have gone elsewhere. The buffet is not cheap and we felt quite hurried. Needless to say, I don't think we will return on our next visit.More

This is a great upscale breakfast option for business meetings complete with cloth napkins and great service. All the food is great with lot of healthy options. They will personalize any food requests and are very accommodating.

For a conventional center hotel, it was a bit disappointing that there was not a better on-site restaurant or breakfast location. While I found the food to be of good quality, it was nothing special. And most off-putting of all was that this restaurant featured...nothing more than what was on my room service menu. The first morning, I even received a very poor quality photo copy of the room service brochure as my only menu. That really made me want to eat there. Not!! The service was good and attentive without being obtrusive.More

Lynette from the kitchen saw we had a baby and brought us some cheerios then when I thanked her and said we would bring it on the plane with us, she brought us another one for the plane. That kind of attention to detail and...caring really makes places like this shine! We appreciate your kindness! Thank you for hiring such great staff. KRISTY was our server and very friendly too!More

One option for breakfast at the Westin. A bit pricey but using the Green Choice vouchers helped cut the cost. Food good but not exceptional & service okay.
