We went to the Monterey Bay Fish Grotto to celebrate our anniversary. The view of the city at night was spectacular! The food was good, but not great. You're certainly paying for the view.

We enjoyed happy hour in the bar area then moved to a table outside. We enjoyed being outside in the fresh air. Our dinner was very good with great service.
