Just a little eclectic place in Pittsburgh. Our lattes had great flavor. There are many flavors to choose from and liquors to spice your coffee choice with. There are sandwiches, bagels and food items to choose from.

The only thing that I don't like about the Beehive is that under 21 is not allowed in after 9. Other than that fact, I absolutely love the Beehive Coffee.

What an amazing piece of Pittsburgh History. Coffee, tea or me??? :-) Desserts, sandwiches, Panini, bagels, wine, beer, coffee cocktails, and more. But what is really important about this place is the ambiance. Went there with friends. We had not seen each other for over 20 years. We spent 3 hours catching up. Just a grand place to hang out... Interesting spot to people watch the drunks stumbling down Carson Street. We usually stop here during each trip to Pittsburgh.... Interesting spot.

I stopped in for a hot chai latte and I'm glad I did. Fun atmosphere, excellent service, tasty drinks for cheap (they even have a full liquor license though some of the alcohol selections are not the best) and not only do they have wifi, but there's a computer you can use if you don't have your laptop. Basically, everything... More

I like this hippie style coffee house. I like the decoration. It is not like other chain coffee shops, it has its own character. I prefer these kind of places over the chain coffee shops. Coffee is good! Service is fast.

This is a nice, quiet local coffee shop in the middle of a really busy area in Pittsburgh. There were people working on laptops and others browsing the internet/listening to music. I liked that this was available amidst the bars and shops on Carson St.

Up until a couple of weeks ago the Beehive was my favorite coffee shop. I have been a frequent customer for nearly 10 years. But, I think tonight is the last night I will be going. About ten minutes after the four of us bought our drinks the music suddenly became obnoxiously loud and the lights were turned off. Not... More

This is a coffee house. It doesn't have an extensive food menu, although you can grab a bite to eat here. What it does serve is atmosphere. It's got that cross between a bohemian and punk style. The mural on the back wall is all beatniks-type but the walls of the mens room is right our of CBGCs. If you... More
