This place was so lovely! I met some friends for a girls' night out, and this is where we met. The place is small, intimate, and quaint. It has a store where they have an array of things to buy. The food? DELICIOUS! A must stop if you are in Pittsburgh!

Lunched here with my daughter and we were pleasantly surprised at this hidden gem. I had the lunch special (see photo - shredded chicken breast with apricots and plums), and she had the ropa vieja (slow-cooked shredded beef with onions and tomatoes). Both were excellent and included garlic rice (perfectly cooked), a small salad (good dressing but tough tomatoes), and... More

I always order the turkey on a baguette, fresh roasted and a delicious side salad with the best rendition of an oil and vinegar salad dressing. I am not familiar with Peruvian food but I can attest to the food served as being very fresh and worth the trip.

This restaurant is above the always packed Pam's diner. My neice just stumbled upon it a month ago and has been back 4X and so reco'd it for our visit. Avg entree price is maybe $8. Has soups and sandwich menu but also some nice ,flavorful entrees.Only 10 tables. Daily specials. Waited just a few minutes for water refill but... More

I was in Shadyside looking for Peruvian and "BOOM!" saw this place. But alas, no ceviche, at least not seafood Ceviche. The menu seems more pan-latin american than anything. But hardly Peruvian.

I make a special pilgrimage to La Feria from my home every once in a while because it is totally worth it. From the 2 different specials every day (one with meat, one vegetarian), to the sides, the yummy empanadas, and the side salads, you can fill up your belly with great, fresh, authentic Peruvian food.

Decided to make a pit stop from D.C. to Ohio for lunch. Did research in the car and chose La Feria based on reviews. I have been to Peru a few times and can say that the items for sale in the shop are Peruvian and authentic. The food was a huge disappointment. Quinoa salad platter and arroz con pollo... More

We happened upon this restaurant as we were walking through the marvelous quaint Main Street in Shadyside. As I travel often to Peru, I was anxious to verify the authenticity of the food. Happy to report that the food was fabulous! I had a very typical Peruvian dish Tacu Tacu, beans and vegetables topped with sweet plantains. It was absolutely... More

If you can't find this place, it's because it's above Pamela's. I liked all the crafts in here. It was cute, lots of different things, colorful clothes, toy llamas, etc. But, I really came here for the Peruvian food. If you are looking for Papas a la Huancaina or ceviche, it isn't here. It's salads, sandwiches, empanadas, and a few... More

Enjoyed Sunday brunch on July 4th weekend at La Feria. My husband had the chicken special which was fantastic. I enjoyed the sweet potato casserole which was also good but had too much cheese. The rice and salad served with the entrees were super as always. We enjoyed the chocolate cake for dessert. I recommend this restaurant which is a... More
