My husband and I wanted to go somewhere SPECIAL for Valentine's Day lunch. My husband is a very picky eater, so we looked on line at the menu. I had been to Cafe Sam's prior when my Boss took the staff there and loved it....More
After spending the entire day at a local hospital, we found Cafe Sam behind the Family House where we were staying in Shadyside. Easy to find, and we stopped in on a non-busy Thursday evening. Not only we were warmly greeted as we entered but...More

Recent family meal was nice, waiter was attentive, equally manager/owner, only draw back was ambient lighting dimmed a bit too much for the mixed company in our group, food was good, and service was good.
