It was a convenient location for friends to meet, we were all immediately charmed by the decor reminiscent of old Hollywood. The menu is unique as most dishes have McCoole's touch. The soups were out of sight. I had the seafood bisque. The Cobb salad was devoured by my friend and two of us enjoyed the McCoole's dip. The bread... More

McCoole's just happens to a midway meeting point for our Philadelphia and Bethlehem cousins get together. The restaurant and bar are rustic and offer loads of charm ! Our server did a fine job on timing after we told her that we were out of town relatives and were dinning as well as catching up with the family. Our meal... More

One of the best places I have eaten at in the Quakertown area. My wife is a die hard crab cake eater and these are tops on her list, and I must say they are fabulous. Atmosphere was great, staff friendly and I would have given it five stars except in there greed for more tables we were put in... More

After driving by this place for years, we finally stopped and we were pleased that we did. The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and very clean. The wait staff was very friendly. Their menu has great variety for lunch, dinner or a snack. The bar is well stocked with a very nice variety of beer. Prices are very reasonable. We will... More

My husband is a lover of good crab cakes...these, in his opinion, are the best in the world...when they say, NO FILLER...they mean it...so good. My corn chowder was delicous, as well as, bacon salad dressing on spinach. salad...bread pudding...AAAhhhh We arrived early and had the last table available...5:30pm

In a nutshell - wow. This was some of the best food I have ever had anywhere, and I traveled for a living all over the country for several years. If you are within reasonable driving distance - make plans and see this place. The Louisiana Crab Dip melted in your mouth. The Drunkin' Clams were so flavorful we ordered... More

We were antiquing in Quakertown, PA and looking for lunch. This looked a bit fancy but the local visitors center said it was a great spot for a quick lunch. They were right. Pretty empty on our weekday visit. Great food, fries, Moscow Grill and french dip. Good pricing. From fancy to burgers. Neat atmosphere, separate bar.

Have been here several times for lunch/bar fare and the quality and price have been good. Decided to try dinner here last night for my fathers birthday and was very disappointed. Service was very slow even for drinks (seated at 5:30 left at 8:30!). Place was clean and clients were jovial but not rowdy. The food was sad, all way... More
