Cannot say enough great things about this place! They were able to take our large group of 14 with a few days notice, were incredibly accommodating with food allergies, incredible service and the food was awesome! Highly recommend and will be back!

We are vacationing in the area and searched for a cheese chop. The Charcuterie did not disappoint. We stopped by for a late lunch and ordered a 5-selection board and a glass of Renegade Guilty wine. The server knowledgeably answered our questions when we were...making our selections. We also split a Creme Brûlée which had a perfectly crusted top. It was exactly what we were looking for and we’ll stop by if we’re back in the area.More
We had an excellent meal here during a girls trip. Our server Matt was friendly, helpful, and offered many tips about the Poconos. The food was excellent- we had the fondue as a starter, we each also had salads and then a cheese and meat...plate. I was skeptical about the cheese fondue starter, but it was excellent. Matt offered us additional bread and apples to dip and we gladly accepted. With the salad I believe it was a $7 side and I expected sad iceberg, what we got were large bowls of fresh greens with delicious homemade dressings. That’s when I realized this chef is legit. And then our cheese/meat plate which was incredible. Two of the best cheeses I’ve ever tasted, accompanied by splendid flavors all around. I really cannot say enough about this restaurant, it was so friendly, the food was delicious, and everything was served with such care and pride. Seriously eat here!More
We purchased a board for a concert in the park. Cheese selection was great as we had a triple and a stilton. Went back the next night for dinner. Every course was phenomenal. Olive tapenade crostini's, interesting salad with wasabi dressing and chicken marsala to...die for. Staff was very friendly. Place was clean and modern. We will return.More
Not very impressed. The place is small and limited on section. Had the cherry pie which was good. Place was clean. Staff wasn't friendly. Probably won't go back.
My husband and I were looking for a "different" dining experience which we found at Charcuterie. Unfortunately. It was a Saturday evening and the main street where the restaurant is located was very busy. There is no parking lot. We eventually found parking 3 blocks...from the restaurant. It was also very cold and I walk with a cane. It seemed a very long walk. We got to the restaurant shortly before 7 o'clock. There is not much seating just a single row of tables along the wall of the one side and a few stools at a small bar. The tables were all taken except for 2 which one had not yet been cleared from previous diners. And so we stood waiting for someone to seat us. No one came and so we sat ourselves at the one clean table. And we sat, and sat for 30 long minutes waiting to be aknowledged. Although we are patient people we would not have usually waited that long but we were hungry and thinking of that long walk in the cold. And so we waited for aproximately a half hour before a waitress comes and asks if we had been taken care of. No. And so she apologises and gives us menus. Does not ask our drink order just leaves menus and an aplology. And that was the last contact we had with her. Although she came right passed our table several times to clean off other tables all efforts to gain her attention were useless and ignored. And so we finally get up and leave. Now my diabetic blood sugars have dropped probably in sync with my rising blood pressure as we now have to make the long cold walk back to our car, now much hungrier than before. The restaurant is small. Our waitress was one of two servers. We had to have be seen sitting as long as we did. Why we were ignored I don't know but I do know it wouldn't happen a second time as we will never return.More
Fondue was watery, thin white queso dip, not real fondue. “Grilled cheese” fell apart, not sealed together, place was overrated scam
This is a good place if you want to have a tasting experience, but not if you are looking for a satisfying meal. The service was friendly. But slow. (How can it take so long to prepare a plate of cold cuts?). The soups were...over spiced and not that tasty. The appetizer cheese fondue was actually quite good. The platters of meats and cheeses were interesting and tasty, but not very large considering the prices. All in all, it is a nice place to take someone for a unique experience but not a place to get a satisfying meal.More
Varied platters with tasty accompaniments--helpful wait staff. I love cheese and their selections were numerous. Soup and sandwich combo and simple desserts are also available. It is a great noshing place.
It all started with the friendly smile of our waitress Grace. She had knowledge on every item on the menu and helped us order a cured meat and cheese fantasy for five. The presentation was spectacular and we got to try everything from a gooey...Brie to a Honey Bee Goat Gouda. Chorizo, Saucisson Sec, Soppresatta and even the Duck Prosciutto we tried it all. They provide vegetarian options such as salami and vegetable terrine, which we also liked. Alternatively, you can order sandwiches and soups but there is a reason its called charcuterie. If you have room left, the one dessert we split, was the brown butter shortbread. Divine! Should you feel festive and wanting to try one of their drinks, go for the Birch Bourbon. We can't wait to go back.More
Excellent food and service was amazing. Highly recommend. Please consider on your next trip through the area.
The Charcuterie serves an array of meat and cheese dishes that are wonderful. Besides traditional cheese plate, soups and sandwiches abound. The food quality is excellent, and even a simple grill cheese sandwich rises above all competitors. The soups are fabulous - and they serve...the best New England Clam Chowder I have ever had. In addition, the desserts, such as the chocolate dipped strawberries and chocolate mousse, thanks to Chef Liz's mastery, are stellar. The only issue is that you will pay much for your meal (save the soup and salad lunches). However, the portions are sometimes not enough. The establishment recently had a makeover and now serves alcohol.More
Good spot to pick up party items. And cheese Fir company or pre dinner snacks. They have a fairly nice selection of items moderately priced and the quality is pretty high. They will give you a sample if you wish. Good for Nd in town
Cool place, great service, great food and expensive. Open three years, just changed hands and they have big plans to add own label wine and meats.
Reminds me of spots you find in Cambridge/Boston area and other diverse and trendy college hubs. Nosh is style with the finest of flavorful meats, cheeses, nuts, fruit on fresh breads and crackers. Luscious sandwiches too. Such unique combinations make it not just a delicious...light meal, but interesting. Charming artwork on the walls in a clean and stylish decor. Tables are comfortable, attractive and set up to lend to a private moment with your co-diner. Wine, beer and a light cocktail menu adds to a treat for your pallet. Tried to go many times before, but can never catch them open. Let's hope they extend their hours, because more locals need to experience this great find. We'll be back!More
