I can always count on Taste of Britain as a great meeting place to catch up with friends. The atmosphere is cozy and the food is very tasty. You can do classic tea and scones or tea sandwiches, but they also have wonderful soups, sandwiches, quiche, etc. The overall vibe is not trendy, which I usually prefer, but I have... More

I received a gift card to A Taste and Britain for afternoon tea for two. The presentation and food was excellent. I'm still thinking about the lemon scones. Served in the traditional style of loose tea in a pot, I highly recommend the Earl Gray with lavender. We were really impressed with how friendly the staff was from the moment... More

I love the meat pies, sausage rolls & scones at A Taste of Britain. As good as the best I've had on trips to England ... if not better. They also sell a variety of other packaged British specialty foods such as Mr. Kipling biscuits, jams, clotted cream & teas. Although I usually do take-out, they have a beautiful room... More

This was such a treat. From the moment of entry we were greeted by smiling and friendly greetings. In the entry area there were all the candies and food products that we had growing up, from Britain. It was so good we went back twice in three days for lunch. The curried chicken sandwich was exactly the way it should... More

I found myself near Wayne on a beautiful spring day so I drove to A Taste of Britain. I arrived around 1:30 without a reservation. They were able to seat me at a table for two. The first thing I noticed was how noisy it was. Almost every table was taken and everyone one was talking. It got quieter as... More

I recently went to a bridal shower here. They have an extensive tea menu, which is served in the traditional style with loose tea in individual teapots. The tea and the food are both delicious; you can choose from either the typical accompaniments, such as finger sandwiches and scones, or go for lunch. It was a bit crowded when we... More

My wife and I hosted a birthday party for my daughter and 7 of her friends. The menu is surprisingly varied with not only tea sandwiches and scones, but delicious soups, sandwiches and chicken pot pie. Our server Katie was very friendly and professional. This is a great destination for everything from a traditional English tea to a family celebration.
