The restaurant has a great menu and service. The server writes her name on the paper tablecloth as a nice touch. Requests for substitutions are readily handled.
Chicken Marsala is to die for! Full menu of steak, chicken, veal and seafood, with a nice selection of draft and bottled beers and mixed drinks. Great place to enjoy a wonderful meal with business associates or family - a nice outdoor patio, bar, and spacious dining room. Plenty of room to relax for dinner just a couple blocks from... More
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and they recommended going here. Short walk to restaurant. Greeted at the door by the bartender. Got seated rather quickly as they weren't to busy. Waitress was very nice and helpful when ordering. The atmosphere was nice, but we were seated on the stage so it was kind of hard to hear the... More
This place exceeded my expectations. Both my girlfriends mom and grandma worked here long ago before the closing/reopening. The inside is very specious and clean. We had a group of 10, got sat instantly. The appetizers were delicious, I tried Iron City Light for the first time. The Caesar salad was yummy, and their homemade French onion was spot on.... More
Right across the street from the Alleghenny County (a regional) Airport, hence the name. I travelled here with a work colleague. I had Parmesan encrusted veal cutlet, which was excellent. Dinner companion had fried cod dinner. Dessert was a chocolate silk pie, which was light and yummy!
I was visiting the West Miflin area of Pittsburgh on May 6, 2016. Had been driving straight for 5 hours and was hungry, cold, wet and tired. The hotel staff recommended the Sky Vue restaurant (just steps away) for a good non-fast food restaurant. When I entered I could tell this was a place for the locals in both the... More
I enjoyed the place from the word go. I appreciate the lounge is separated from the dining room. The decor is pretty neat too. Service was great and the food was spot on. I enjoyed a soup, shrimp scampi, and chocolate pie ... on pie day to boot! What made this a great time was my server, Kaitlin (on receipt).... More
We went to celebrate a family member's 70th birthday. Our group included a baby, two kids, and five adults. The waitress was very attentive and patient with everyone's various requests. The menu has a wide variety of options on how your steak, chicken, or pork can be prepared. We will return to Sky Vue.
