While I have not had the pleasure of eating at Haystacks, I have just made it a top priority. They recently catered an event for me and everything was awesome! The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and, logistically, it could not have gone any smoother! I am so appreciative to the team at Haystacks for everything. Thank you!

My gf and I had often driven past this place saying we should try it. We finally did, and am I ever so happy we did! The place was pretty empty when we went, but I can definitely see this being busy at the right time of day! It reminded me almost of a Perkins or Denys the way it... More

The service by Victoria was outstanding for promptness. Food was another matter. We waited 30 minutes from ordering to delivery of cold potatoes and lukewarm eggs. When I mentioned it I was told "sorry". No offer of remediation.

I am a sucker for small diners and country style restaurants. This place did not disappoint. Food was excellent and the service was even better. Everything was cooked fresh and served hot. You could not ask for better.

Just stumbled upon this place and glad we did. Food was very good and our server Betty Smith was excellent. We had the Stacked meatloaf and Lemon haddock. Good down-home cooking with a server who took very good care of us and she made us laugh and feel very welcome.

Went for breakfast on a Wednesday morning. Busier than on a Saturday. Hostess seemed flustered from the beginning. Took several minutes to get seated and their were plenty of empty booths. Took waittress several minutes to take our coffee order and then what we wanted for breakfast. Had to repeat some of the items twice. This isn't the norm for... More

We came for breakfast, 4 work-weary souls, looking for down-home cooking. We had eggs, omelettes, toast and home fries, and one health conscious soul ordered oatmeal and fruit cup. The toast was great, as was the oatmeal and fruit cup (though some of the fruit was jarred - still tasty). Coffee was good. Out waitress was friendly and very helpful.... More

I visited Haystacks Hanover Township with a few friends, we waited over an hour for our food, when it came it was not eatable. We asked for our bill the waitress asked what was wrong we told her. She spoke to the owner and he said we only had to pay for our drinks but she wouldn't charge us for... More

The omelets are made with crepe thin folded eggs. Very good. The buttermilk pancakes and french toast are very good as well. Avoid the breakfast potatoes. They look more boiled than grilled. VEry busy place so be patient.
