Right by the Charleston City Market. Charming place, indoor or patio seating. The food was delicious. Highly recommend the low country street corn appetizer. Friendly staff, good service.?

Convenient old South cooking near marketplace. Very good food and great service. Outdoor porch upstairs for a romantic setting. All four of us enjoyed our lunch. Excellent Cuban sandwich, Carolina crab melt, shrimp and crawfish succotash all excellent.

Ate here night of arrival. Late. Had an awesome tuna filet. Went back for lunch and evening cocktails a few times and really liked the place. The bloody Mary here is one of the best ever. Really overall awesome service and good fresh food.

We took a day and traveled from savannah on our vacation and went to Charleston so our family could see it compared to Savannah. My husband and I have eaten here before. Food is incredible- never had anything bad! We definitely recommend eating here

We enjoyed this adorable spot on a recent trip to downtown Charleston. We had the crab melt and the club sandwich with bacon potato salad. Each were delicious and we loved sitting in the window table looking out over Market Street.More

Description
SIMPLY LOWCOUNTRY: Lowcountry Bistro focuses only on the freshest ingredients since all of the food we cook is from scratch. On the menu you will find cult favorites like Chicken and Waffles to Lowcountry classics like Shrimp and Grits. We also believe that great food can be affordable. Many of our lunch dishes are under $10. Our goal as a restaurant is to serve high quality, delicious food, at a fair price. We hope you agree after your meal at Lowcountry Bistro. SISTER RESTAURANT TO 82 QUEEN As an icon of the city for over 30 years, we have seen restaurants come and go. We pride ourselves on the fact that we were one of the first original Lowcountry cuisine restaurants to open their doors in the city. We know Lowcountry and after diligently researching Market Street restaurants, have come to the conclusion that what the area needs is a true, authentic Lowcountry restaurant.
