Yes, you just need a collared shirt and either nice jeans, khakis or dress pants. Most ladies wore jeans, white pants or a sundress. It is right downtown but it is hot to walk in dress clothes in the summer. I'd call Uber... More

I didn't see any when we were there in November but it was also nearly 80 degrees during the day then. I would expect they either do have heaters or they don't open the patio if its too chilly.
