This place was really good. Interesting menu, great variety, fab service. It was recommended to us by a Charleston tour guide. I had oysters McCrady for an appetizer and grilled vegetables for my entree. Right size portions. Not cheap but delicious. This was a tavern dating back to colonial times.
We ate here at the beginning of March with a friend visiting town. We had smoked trout, a patty melt and a bacon and egg with sauce and a tomato. We also got a couple of cocktails. All was great including the service of our waiter and we are planning on coming back.
