You need a reservation here. The night we dined here people were being turned away. We each had a Barn Raiser cocktail - very good. I had the shrimp and grits. It was my first shrimp and grits experience and it was delicious. It was...More

We were seated right on time, and the wait staff were friendly and attentive. The food was served fairly quickly and was all delicious. Portions were huge and we ended up taking food home. Definitely happy with my first visit here....will be back.

We couldn't get a dinner reservation (they're booked solid!) but we had (strong) drinks and delicious dessert at the bar. This is a cool restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Make reservations early!

Our visit to SNOB was delicious! The atmosphere is more on the fancy side but warm and inviting. We were sitting at the very back table so we could see the kitchen and the entire restaurant. The food was amazing, while we were discussing our...More

We truly enjoyed our dinner here. We started with the sun choke and pork cheeks which we shared. We each ordered our own beet and arugula salad which was delicious! We shared the vegetarian dish which pretty much includes almost every side and we ordered...More

It's true that it's hard to get a reservation here, but that's a good sign. Food and service were both excellent. My husband had the Mahi, which I tasted. So so good! I had the best crab cake ever as my entree. Our waiter was...More

Great Service by Kaylee and great food by the chefs. My wife had the Shrimp Sandwich and I choose the Southern Medley Chicken. Both were very good and not over priced. It's a go back kind of place.

We had lunch at SNOB and loved the restaurant. We'd missed lunch by a few minutes on our first day in town but liked the ambiance and menu so much we went back the next day. It's one of the first of Charleston's foodie palaces...More

Located on a main drag it's easy to find. This is elevated dinning in Charleston. Excellent staff and updated traditional southern fare. Sat at the bar and met locals and conversations were enjoyable to hear about Charleston. Very inviting and an outstanding meal for sure.

This is probably too late. Sorry, I didn't see your question. The restaurant is wide open so it can be a bit noisy but as a party of 2 we had no trouble conversing.

There's a parking lot not too far from this restaurant, historic Charleston is a walking city, which you will do a lot of.

Description
Slightly North of Broad is a Lowcountry bistro that brings together an abundance of local ingredients and thoughtful, expert presentation with a friendly, contagious energy. Here the dining room is a natural extension of the kitchen, a place where culinary skill, a clever, considered wine program, warm service, and conversations meld together. Our local farmers, fishermen and producers are as integral to the food we make as they are to our place in this community.
