This used to be our (a Red Hat Society chapter) go-to restaurant when we weren't sure where else to go. Sorry that it closed this summer. We had a reservation there for the following week.

Loved the menu of items not often seen in Rural SC. Creative and original, properly prepared and served. Friendly staff and flexible to suit customers' requests. But i think i heard they are closing! I hope not, but check before making the trip.
Clean, cozy. Local artists display their art: pottery, paintings, glassworks, jewelry. Food is tasty.

The big draw here is the live music. We went on a Friday night and a local musician was playing a variety of music. Very entertaining. If you don't go for dinner, try desert and coffee with the live music
