Nothing Low about the Taste. Had the fried chicken sandwich with fries and ever bite was great. It was very basic with slaw and mayo on a roll. The fries were coated in the southern favorite, Old Bay and anything but dull.
When you first come in the hand you a couple of glasses and a tall bottle of chilled water.
It's a basic open to the air beach restaurant that you could find surfers or family's in.

I wish I could give five stars I literally called the restaurant 10 times starting at 5pm and nobody would answer the phone and their voicemail says it’s full. I figured they may be busy so I drove over anyway. There were literally 2 people in the place at one table. No idea why they won’t answer the phone for take out orders. Maybe the business doesn’t matter to them??
That being said, when I arrived I placed my order with the bar tender who was very nice. Food came out quickly and was tasty as usual! Love their avocado toast and their waffle fries are yummy. I do recommend them for food if you dine in.

When I didn't like the Eric Estrada (a shake type rum drink recommended by a friend), the bartender immediately said, "You can have something else if you don't like it." Voila! a Bloody Mary, perfect for brunch. The food was delicious. The rolled crab sandwiches and criss-cross fries filled us to the brim. If we had had more time at Folly, would definitely had been back for more.

Service was not good. Restaurant forgot half of original order placed and then took over an hour to try and correct it, which they never fully did. They never took full responsibility for my sub par experience.
I would highly recommend NOT taking kids to dine.

We went for lunch around one o’clock could only order certain items from menu we were all very hungry so three of us got cheeseburgers and one the shrimp toast. Hamburgers tasted spoiled. Had to pay at bar never received a check the total was over a hundred dollars !! We think they put someone else food on our account.

We rented the place upstairs, and with two little kids, the convenience of this being right downstairs was too easy to not take advantage of. We've had 3 meals here already and everything has been delicious! Their waffle fries are literally the best fries I've ever had. Their margaritas are made simple, exactly like how I make them at home. Service is friendly and quick. The fish tacos, burger, and chicken Caesar salad are all super yummy. Highly recommend!

My family and I had lunch here while visiting Folly Beach based on the positive reviews and it was delicious! The best waffle fries I’ve ever had! We had the shrimp po-boy, the double cheeseburger and the kids chicken tenders and they were all freshly made and delicious! We are planning to come back again before we leave. . . highly recommend!!

We enjoyed a few cocktails and brunch fare on a lazy Friday morning. The staff was friendly and accessible, and the food was soooo good! We seriously considered returning for dinner. Outside, indoor and covered open air seating are available to suit everyone!

If all you want are a couple of frosty pints and a shrimp roll or fried chicken sandwich, the chance to yuck it up with some fellow tourists and...maybe a local or two...this is your place. No frills, just chill. Right off Center St. You will enjoy it.

While not on the beach, this place offers a beach like atmosphere with a fun bar, excellent food and drink and great service. Try their amazing avocado toast and cocktails. The noise level can get high but we loved the place and highly recommend it for great eats in a fun atmosphere.

What a great dinner place with great drinks. We had the Fish Tacos, Avocado BurrataToast, and Tuna Poke. The food was complex and tasty. For cocktails, we tried the Eric Estrada, Farmer Tan, and Dark and Shady. It has seating inside as well as outside. There was a good mix of locals and vacationers eating there. Music was good and service was excellent.

We popped in for dinner because it was just feet from the Vera Boutique Hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed. The service was friendly, the beer was good, and the food, especially the fries, was quite good. It would be a great place just to drink a beer or cocktail and relax.

This is one of new favorite spots! Great drinks, food and staff. Seat yourself, order at the bar. Super kid friendly. Has some outdoor seating but really even the indoor seating is open air. We enjoyed this place so much we went several times! Avocado toast, Waffle fries, tuna poke with nacho chips & friend pb&j were our favs!

Been here now 4 times, powered through first visit although service was abysmal. Next 3 times had to leave due to lack of service and non friendly bartenders. No more chances. Live on Folly and will never go back.

Great atmosphere, fabulous food and drinks! A must try if you’re in Folly. We had the green chile queso, pimento plate and cheeseburger. We also had several drinks, all of which were great. We’ll definitely be back!
