Carryout business has as much or even more than dine in ,we try not to keep phones tied up much as possible so we can get everybody's supper out as fast as we can ,we also put the one answering the phones to the side so they can hear and make sure your supper is right , not in the... More

Pros: employees were super nice, tea was sweet and always full, plenty of good hushpuppies Cons: place was far from full on an early Saturday evening, and it took my wife and I over 30 minutes to receive two small sized plates of food, and then the order was incorrect. We weren't the only party receiving slow service, everyone was.... More

We ate here on a Friday evening and it was busy but not enough to stand in line for a table. I ordered large perch and was brought about 10-12 pieces of fish cooked well with a good breading that was not too thick. The service by the high school kid was OK but not what you would call attentive.... More

We went to this restaurant for our small trip. The service was decent. I ordered combo platter ( Colonial Catch ). My food was ok but I didn't get scallops on my plate. Although the fish and shrimp was good, oysters was a little bit smelly. My husband got some chicken. They were tender and delicious. The best thing that... More

The Colonial Fish Camp is not a fancy place but the food is excellent and very inexpensive. The service was great. Everyone always smiling and very quick to seat us and take our order. The food came out very quickly. The menus is simple but the fish and crab is excellent.

What Colonial Fish Camp lacks in atmosphere they make up in great seafood. Its cooked just the right amount at the temperature so its not greasy, dry or tough like some places. The salt and pepper batter is wonderful and I didn't realize until the waitress asked that they could cook all the Colonial platter with the s & p... More

The food is always great and the service is the best. When you go in you are brought some hot and fresh hush puppies to start off with. They waitress will get your order and make sure all is ok till your food is brought out. When you get your food you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I were passing though and were hungry. We saw lots of cars out front so we decided to give this local place a try. We love the atmosphere of small family owned restaurants. The food was excellent. My small plate was a misnomer since I left with a full carry out container. This place oozes great small... More
