We eat here 10 or more times each year and have always had excellent meals and service. Our favorites are the fish and chips and the beef cottage pie. The prime rib night (I believe this is on Wednesdays) is also fantastic! They used to have a chicken cottage pie, and though it hasn't been on the menu for a... More

I don't have enough good things to say about one of my favorite places. Great place to eat or just have drinks, meet up with friends, etc. Great happy hour menu and everything I have tried from the regular menu has been fantastic-especially the loaded potato casserole. More restaurant than bar-but a great bar nonetheless.

A friend and I stopped in for a beer after a round of golf. It was my first time to visit the British Open Pub and I was pleasantly surprised. We sat at the bar and the bartender was fun and informative. The bar has golf balls and British Open Champions under the glass top. There are many pieces of... More

Saturday night dinning, before the rush. Definitely, get there early. Reservations are only accepted for tables of 4 or more. Wife and I got the last 2 top before the wait began. Highly recommend "Pub Wellington" as an appetizer!!!!! Fish and chips are the best. Wife got pecan encrusted cod with orange ginger sauce and two sides (salad and onion... More

Shared a table with 2 friends for a "quick" meal. The Pub was crowded but able to garner a table. Service was friendly and very attentive. Drinks were excellent. Menu consisted of British type pub food, obviously, but had some rarely seen items such as calves liver which was prepared well (just asked for the gravy on the side....I don't... More

We stopped by after a day of biking simply to have a happy hour drink. We had heard good things but sadly this place did not live up to the positive reviews. Our plan was to eat and have a few drinks...however we cannot remember being in such an unfriendly pub with a bartender who was so completely indifferent. Owners/managers... More

A favorite of both locals and out of towners alike. Nice British pub interior. Always full around the dinner time hour. Food is standard pub fare and too imaginative. Go for the drinks and lively chatter.

A friend and I wanted to have dinner at the Pub and tried to make a reservation but they do not take reservations for two. So we waited for a table and had a glass of wine at the bar. The bartender was very nice. Our table was ready rather quickly and our order taken promptly. We felt rushed. My... More

We went there three times in our one month stay! Great beer, best bloody mary. Husband loved the fish and chips and chicken sandwich. I enjoyed the lobster roll (very generous portion) as well as the fish and chips. Service was quick and friendly. Watch for their daily specials. Can't wait to return next year.
