The local people who come here seem happy but the tourists seem disappointed for some reason. I can say that I am both now. It has a typical Charleston seafood menu. Fried shrimp, broiled seasoned shrimp, etc. crab dip, fried crab cakes, hush puppies. The menu is limited to local favorites and I thought they were good choices. I had... More

There were 7 of us eating here including 2 kids. The restaurant is definietly not meant for kids because there were no other ones in the restaurant. As far as the kids we ordered them noodles with cheese and it came with some weird cheese that neither the kids or any adult liked. We had to scrape off the cheese... More

Fast service, reasonable prices and good food. The breakfast biscuits are a must try! They offer phone in orders but it's nice to have a few minuets to look around the store too.

If you have the time, while visiting the resort area of Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes, South Carolina, you should do yourself a favor and try to get to the Marina Market. We were just out exploring, one morning, when we ran into the dead end street where the Isle of Dunes Marina is located, not very well advertised,... More

We enjoyed the Dockside so much, that during our week stay on IOP we ate there four times for breakfast. It was so convienent and close to where we were staying at in Wild Dunes, that we rode our bicycles there. The menu is small, but there are more than enough choices for everyone's palette. The portions were very generous,... More

Food is great. Usually has live music. Get ther about an hour before sunset and get a table on the roof to watch the sun set and the charter boats come in. Just beautiful.

The Dockside was opened in January 2012 by Chef Brandon Wall. Originally from North Carolina, Chef Wall moved to the Charleston area to pursue his dream of living at the beach and owning a restaurant. After working in some of the finest restaurants in Charleston for over 4 years, Chef Wall finally had the opportunity to make his dream come true. After living on the island for over 2 years, he had the chance to lease a space inside the marina. Since opening, locals have come to love everything that he creates! We offer breakfast & lunch and even have delivery available with a minimum order of $20.00. We also offer catering from backyard BBQ's to wedding receptions, we do it all! Everything is fresh and made to order. We offer deli sandwiches, salads and the most delicious cheeseburgers you have ever tasted. Don't forget to try one of our milkshakes or smoothies to go along with your meal.Come out and sit on our back deck and enjoy great food, great views and great times at The Dockside!
