Menu had many choices...succotash with fried shrimp was my choice...delicious and unusual and the portion huge. We loved our waitress, Ashlyn. She was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely return.

Everyone walked away happy. My daughter enjoyed her She crab soup. The Amberjack and Swordfish were both amazing! My son had the crab cakes and ranked them as top three best he has ever had (1st and 2nd best were in Maryland). Nice island atmosphere...More

First night of vacation on Isle of Palms. We were a large group and Ashlyn was a wonderful server. We really appreciated her patience and pleasant demeanor. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Great start to the week.

This was our first time to eat here. I had the fried flounder which came with hush puppies, fries and slaw. A lot of food on the platter. All of these were very good. Their tartar sauce is homemade. I couldn't really tell what it...More

Wow! Something has certainly happened to this place. We've eaten at Acme every year for the last 10+ years when we are on vacation at the Isle of Palms. Today's visit was horrible and I doubt we will return. We arrived with a party of...More

I'm a little skeptical of really high Trip Advisor ratings, but Acme Lowcountry Kitchen deserves every accolade it's received. We expected there to be a wait at 5:45 on a Friday, but we were shown a table right away. Our waitress, Shelly, immediately impressed us...More

The restaurant seems suitable for children. When my wife and I were there, there were plenty of families with kids of all ages. There was a kid's menu, but I don't remember how extensive it was with choices.
