Went with a group large enough to take over the entire restaurant for lunch. We were a bit crowded at the bar before hand, but the overworked bartender was a pleasure to deal with. Off to our assigned tables, and the wait staff provide bread,...More

We have eaten at Parson's table and had awesome experience - tonight the service and the food was not good - very disappointed. Our waitress had an attitude tonight.

We've been coming to Parson's Table for years, and had our 3rd Thanksgiving dinner there today. I would typically rate them a 5 for food, ambiance, and service. I rate them a 4 for each of our Thanksgiving experiences, including today, only because service tends...More

The noted Chef Ed Murray, Jr. owns and operates a wonderful restaurant right in our backyard, a genuine culinary jewel, one of, if not our local favorite, and my earlier reviews have given it five stars, all well earned. My wife's favorite local restaurant, bar...More

This is a unique restaurant in decor and one of my favorites in the area. If you have a group of six plus, you can ask for a "semi-private" space that creates an intimate atmosphere. It can get a little noisy, otherwise, but the building...More

Shorts would be fine. It is formerly a church but nothing too fancy in its setting or decor, other than some really spiffy menu selections!

Usually that day will be okay. In the height of tourist season, I would suggest a day in advance.

Not only can you get a juicy roast prime rib at The Parson"s Table, but you can eat it inside a church, too. The location remains very much the same structure that it was in 1885, when Little River Methodist Church was built. The cherished establishment first opened its church doors as a restaurant in the late 1970's and has been serving exquisite American steakhouse fare ever since. The restaurant's decor is positively Southern-charm antique, complete with dark wooden walls, stained glass windows and an original Tiffany glass lamp in the main dining room. An award winning wine list graces The Parson's Table as well as an outstanding fresh seafood selection.
