Cuoco Pazzo is tucked away in a shopping center. Don't let the location or size of the restaurant fool you. The cuisine is packed with flavor, good Italian cooking. The restaurant atmosphere is pleasant and the service is very attentive. We will return.

Their food is so good. we feel like we are dining in Italy. The husband and wife are from Italy. Every dish is prepared by the husband " Crazy Chef." We have dined there before and had different entrees. On this visit, my wife and I had their veal piccata, by far the best we have ever had anywhere. The... More

Second visit. Had a wonderful veal piccata. Menu features a number of other veal dishes as well. My wife had a delicious shrimp and fettuccine entree. Our other four friends were similarly ecstatic about their entrees. The bread was outstanding and the wine list was more than adequate. Portions are very large. It is a small but delightful dinning environment.... More

We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and decided we needed to go to our favorite Italian restaurant in town. I had the pasta with clams and white wine and my husband had the lasagna. Very nice great service. The one disappointment was the server that use to sing in Italian is gone. So sad about that!

I've seen all the stellar reviews and I just can't figure it out. The food was pretty good but nothing much better than your standard strip mall Italian restaurant. Maybe we just chose the wrong dishes but it really was average at best. I'd stay away from the Lobster Ravioli entirely. Store-bought ravioli with a vodka sauce that's way too... More

You really can't beat the food and prices. Lasagna is the best I have ever had and the veal is always prepared perfectly. Chef ownerdoes the cooking with great attentive servers. Fairly priced wine list as well.

We just had the most amazing Italian food this side of New York! I searched Trip advisor for an Italian restaurant. After calling another that did not offer any Gluten Free Options, I called Cuoco Pazzo and they offered Gluten Free pastas. Our Server was Paola maybe one of the owners. She had the most gracious personality, and was able... More

I found this restaurant on the web after looking at so many, I'm glad I settled on this place. It's a small intimate place only maybe 12 tables but don't let that fool you, there was only 1 waiter I think he was also the owner but he was awesome. The food was unbelievable. We had some appitizers and the... More

I don't often give 5-star reviews but Cuoco Pazzo knocked it out of the park on our first visit to this local Italian gold mine. We've been meaning to go for months but with two small children, finding the perfect date night is often as challenging as deciding where/what to eat in Mount Pleasant, which is full of fantastic eateries.... My husband and I have a new favorite in Mount Pleasant/Charleston. Cuoco Pazzo is amazing!! The staff is so friendly and helpful and the food is absolutely amazing. Definitely try their bread with the olive oil. My husband loves the chicken parm and I love the shrimp linguine. It truly is a hidden treasure in Charleston.
